The Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law (JBEL) stands at the intersection of business law and entrepreneurship. We are committed to publishing research and commentary on a broad range of business law and entrepreneurial developments. JBEL welcomes submissions from all members of the business law community, including students, academics, practitioners, lawmakers, regulators, and entrepreneurs.
JBEL is currently seeking articles for publication in our forthcoming issue. Please submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word format to our Submissions Committee through our Online Submissions From below, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Authors should include their CV or resume with their manuscript. JBEL welcomes full-length articles as well shorter notes; however, we strongly prefer articles under 25,000 words in length, including text and footnotes. Manuscript citations must conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
JBEL’s Submissions Committee carefully reviews all submissions. Publication decisions are normally made within two weeks of a submission and authors are notified of decisions via email. For more information on our publication process, please view our Publication Information for Authors. We appreciate your interest in publishing with JBEL and look forward to reviewing your manuscript.
